Keto Oatmeal Non-Oatmeal

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (freshly grounc)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pot, stir to combine.

  2. Bring to a simmer until thickened to your liking, stir occasionally.

  3. Top with 1/3 cup frozen blueberries and serve.
