Keto Oatmeal Non-Oatmeal

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (freshly grounc)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pot, stir to combine.
Bring to a simmer until thickened to your liking, stir occasionally.
Top with 1/3 cup frozen blueberries and serve.
